Welcome to the AXIOMBYTE SMS Documentation Center

This documentation center explains how to use the public pages, login pages, staff portal, student portal, and school sign-up flow in AXIOMBYTE SMS.

Use the sidebar search to quickly filter guides by page name or user type.

How to Find What You Need

Use the left navigation sidebar to move through guides grouped by page type. On mobile, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the sidebar.

  • Public pages explain the website pages available before login.
  • Portal guides explain where staff, students, and new schools should start.
  • Search guides filters the sidebar instantly as you type.

Login Center Usage

The Login Center helps users choose the correct portal before entering credentials.

Open Login CenterUse login.html when you are not sure which portal you need.
Select PortalChoose Staff Portal, Student Portal, or School Sign Up.
Continue WorkflowAfter login, the system opens the dashboard or assigned portal pages.

Staff Portal Features

The Staff Portal is used by teaching and non-teaching staff after login. The features shown depend on the staff category, position, role, privileges, and class-subject assignments.

Staff Dashboard

Shows the staff member's full name, staff ID, position, rank, and category based on the staff profile.

My Documents

Allows staff to view documents uploaded and titled for their staff profile.

Capture Assessment

Teaching staff can capture scores only for assigned class and subject combinations.

Scheme of Work

Teaching staff submit scheme of work to HOD, and HOD-approved schemes move to Head Academic for final decision.

Review & Approval

HOD and Head Academic users review, approve, or decline assigned scheme of work with reasons and history.

Clearance Review

Assigned staff can approve or decline student clearance requirements depending on the selected position.

Open Staff Portal

Student Portal Features

The Student Portal is used by students after login with their student account. It focuses on personal records, documents, transcript access, and school completion workflow.

Student Dashboard

Shows the student's full name, ASS Ref.ID, programme, and class.

My Documents

Displays titled documents uploaded for the student by the school administrator.

Transcript

Allows students to view and print their transcript report using the same report format as the admin portal.

Clearance Status

Shows clearance requirements and progress when students are progressing toward completion.

Academic Identity

Keeps the student's programme, class, year level, and ASS Ref.ID connected across the system.

Secure Access

Student access is controlled by the student account and school context.

Open Student Portal

School Sign Up Features

The School Sign Up page is used by new schools that want to request access to AXIOMBYTE SMS.

School Details

Collects school code, school name, contact person, email, phone, requested username, and requested staff ID.

30-Day Trial

New school requests begin as a trial for 30 days and do not become permanent automatically.

Super Admin Approval

Super Admin reviews requests and can approve permanent usage or decline the request with a reason.

Trial Expiry Control

If the trial expires without approval, normal school access is restricted until Super Admin action.

School Context

Approved schools operate with their own school context so records remain separated.

Next Step

After approval, school administrators can log in and begin creating users, programmes, classes, and settings.
